How do I place an order?

Check out the Shop Now section to discover all the flavors available of our gourmet cookies and macarons. Order on Sunday through Tuesday and we’ll ship by Wednesday! Order on Wednesday and we’ll ship the following Monday. We want to make sure you get your cookies in a timely manner so they are not sitting somewhere over the weekend.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. I want you to love our cookies, so if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. Then we will determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Cash and Venmo if you are local.

What is your pick-up and delivery clause?

If you’re local to Park Circle all macaron and/or gourmet cookie orders can be pickup and/or delivery. These pick-up and delivery times are set upon ordering. Make sure to put that pick-up and delivery on your calendar! If the order is outside of the Park Circle area, then it will be shipped via USPS delivery.

When do we ship gourmet cookies?

To ensure your cookie order does not sit at the USPS on the weekend our shipping times are on or before Wednesday. We will announce on all social media to let you all cookie flavors have been updated on the website and are available to ship. If you would like to hear it first, or added to the email list, please send us a message on the Contact Us form provided.

Do we give discounts on bulk orders?

We are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. The same work and ingredients used is involved if you order one dozen or twenty dozen. If you have a budget you are working with, let us know in advance and we will do our best to offer a solution.

Price adjustments!

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. We are always trying to provide the best tasting cookies by using the best tasting ingredients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices-darn it).

Weather clause!

If pick-up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pick-up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn hurricanes), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible as long as we have power too!

Copycats!

Copyright images (think Mickey Mouse or Peppa Pig) are protected, and we will not be able to replicate those baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?).

Do you have order minimums?

Yes! But only for custom order macarons. We require a minimum of 2 dozen/1 flavor/1 color for macarons. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup announcement on our Facebook and/or Instagram page!

Allergies?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known as allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for you!

Cottage Food Laws

This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the health department or state. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. “Tips cowboy hat”, “straightens Sheriff pin”.

In sickness and in health!

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are all possibilities - albeit hopefully far reaching.
